Podejrzana o zabójstwo Agaty z Wejherowa pozostanie w areszcie
Podejrzana o zabójstwo Agaty z Wejherowa Wiktora M. pozostanie w areszcie. Sąd odrzucił zażalenie obrońcy 17-latki na trzymiesięczny areszt.
Sąd Okręgowy w Gdańsku utrzymał w mocy postanowienie Sądu Rejonowego Gdańsk-Północ, uznając na podstawie dowodów że jest bardzo duże prawdopodobieństwo że podejrzana jest zabójczynią Agaty. A surowa kara grożąca dziewczynie uzasadnia dalsze tymczasowe jej aresztowanie. Wiktoria M. usłyszała zarzut zabójstwa 17-latki z Wejherowa, której ciało znaleziono w lutym w Gdańsku Brzeźnie. Zdaniem śledczych dziewczyna zadała swojej koleżance śmiertelny cios nożem. Miało to być zabójstwo na życzenie Agaty. Na początku tygodnia Wiktorię M. zbadali biegli psychiatrzy, którzy mają wydać opinię o stanie jej zdrowia psychicznego. Dziewczyna nie przyznaje się do winy. W chwili popełnienia przestępstwa była niepełnoletnia, więc grozi jej do 25 lat więzienia. W areszcie ma pozostać do 25 sierpnia.
W sprawie zarzuty usłyszała też jej koleżanka, Aleksandra L. Podejrzewana o poplecznictwo. Miała pomagać w zacieraniu śladów. 18-latka przyznała się do winy, jest pod dozorem policji i nie może opuszczać kraju.
