Program „Pierwsza Praca” to szansa dla młodych
To ma być szansa dla młodych – 100 tysięcy osób będzie mogło liczyć na dofinansowanie ich pensji. Od stycznia ma ruszyć program „Pierwsza Praca” opracowany przez koalicję PO-PSL.
Zakłada on refundację kosztów zatrudnienia osób do 30. roku życia, bezskutecznie szukających pracy lub zatrudnionych na tak zwanych umowach śmieciowych. Pracodawca będzie mógł otrzymać refundację wynagrodzenia przez okres 12 miesięcy, co miesiąc otrzymując środki w wysokości najniższego wynagrodzenia. Przez następne 12 miesięcy będzie miał obowiązek zatrudniać młodego człowieka, ale będzie mógł korzystać z Krajowego Funduszu Szkoleniowego, co oznacza że będzie mógł podnosić kwalifikacje pracownika. Program wart jest 3 mld zł, miałby ruszyć od 01 stycznia przyszłego roku. Pierwsze czytanie projektu ma odbyć się na najbliższym posiedzeniu Sejmu zaplanowanym na 10-12 czerwca.
