Areszt dla podejrzanej o zabójstwo Agaty z Wejherowa
Zdaniem śledczych zadała 17-letniej Agacie śmiertelny cios nożem, decyzją sądu trafiła do aresztu. Druga z zatrzymanych w tej sprawie nastolatek usłyszała zarzut utrudniania postępowania.
– W miniony poniedziałek zatrzymano dwie osoby zamieszane w śmierć Agaty – informuje szefowa Prokuratury Rejonowej w Gdańsku Ewa Brudzińska.
17-letnia Agata z Wejherowa została zamordowana 21 lutego w gdańskiej dzielnicy Brzeźno, jej zwłoki znaleziono następnego dnia w pasie nadmorskim. Do prowadzenia tej sprawy Komenda Wojewódzka Policji powołała specjalną grupę operacyjną.
Sąd zdecydował wczoraj że podejrzana o zabójstwo Wiktoria M. na najbliższe 3 miesiące trafi do aresztu. Aleksandra L, która zdaniem policji pomagała zacierać ślady będzie pod dozorem policji, ma też zakaz opuszczania kraju. Według nieoficjalnych informacji obie zatrzymane osoby były koleżankami nastolatki, śledczy ujawnili że było to zabójstwo na życzenie. Wyniki ustaleń prokuratury poznamy najwcześniej za dwa miesiące.
