Surowe kary dla piratów drogowych i nietrzeźwych kierowców
Od dzisiaj policja będzie surowiej karać piratów drogowych i nietrzeźwych kierowców. W życie wchodzą nowe przepisy kodeksu.
Najważniejsza zmiana dotyczy przekroczenia w terenie zabudowanym dozwolonej prędkości o 50km/h. W takim wypadku patrol na miejscu i obligatoryjnie zatrzyma prawo jazdy na 3 miesiące. Jeśli w tym czasie kierowca zostanie przyłapany na jeździe bez dokumentów, okres zatrzymania prawa jazdy przedłuży się o kolejne 3 miesiące. Kolejna wpadka zakończy się całkowitym odebraniem uprawnień.
Według nowych przepisów surowiej będą karani też nietrzeźwi kierowcy. Osoby przyłapane na jeździe pod wpływem alkoholu po raz pierwszy stracą prawo jazdy na czas od 3 do nawet 15 lat i będą musiały zapłacić 5 tysięcy złotych na rzecz Funduszu Pomocy Pokrzywdzonym oraz Pomocy Postpenitencjarnej. Żeby ponownie wsiąść za kółko będą musiały zainstalować „alcolock” czyli sprzężoną ze stacyjką blokadę alkoholową. Dla recydywistów sędziowie będą orzekać dożywotni zakaz prowadzenia pojazdów i 10 tysięcy złotych kary. Pytanych przez nas kierowców jednak najbardziej irytują przepisy o odbieraniu prawa jazdy za przekroczenie prędkości. W myśl nowych przepisów na 3 miesiące zostanie kierowcy odebrane też prawo jazdy za przewożenie większej niż dozwolona liczby osób w pojeździe.
