Aktywna Majówka we Władysławowie – 1-3 maja
Od 1 do 3 maja, w ramach „Aktywnej Majówki”, swoich sił spróbować będzie można w turnieju piłki nożnej, zumbie, crossficie, nordic walkingu, zawodach łyżworolkowych, rajdzie rowerowym, biegu i siatkówce.
Ponadto już 28 kwietnia wystartuje VIII Kaszubski Weekend Artystyczny, a w sobotni wieczór (2 maja) na skwerze na Szotlandzie zorganizowany zostanie majówkowy grill.
Udział w wydarzeniach jest bezpłatny – zapraszamy serdecznie!
Szczegółowy program „Zumba Fitness” 1 maja 2015 r. (piątek):
16:00 – rozpoczęcie imprezy
16:15 – zumba
17:00 – crossfit (trening dla kobiet)
18:00 – prelekcja „Zdrowy tryb bycia”
18:30 – wschodnie sztuki walki (trening dla mężczyzn)
W międzyczasie odbywał się będzie marsz Nordic Walking z instruktorem (uwaga: wymóg posiadania własnego sprzętu).
