Plaga nielegalnego poszerzania plaż na Półwyspie Helskim
Najwyższa Izba Kontroli złożyła zawiadomienie w Prokuraturze Rejonowej w Pucku w sprawie nielegalnego poszerzania plaż na Półwyspie Helskim.
NIK skontrolował łącznie 9 instytucji, w tym urzędy miast Władysławowa, Jastarni i Helu, a także Pomorski Urząd Wojewódzki, Regionalną Dyrekcję Ochrony Środowiska i Urząd Morski w Gdyni. Z wynikami kontroli zapoznał się Marcin Szczepański.
Najwyższa Izba Kontroli złożyła zawiadomienie w Prokuraturze Rejonowej w Pucku w sprawie nielegalnego poszerzania plaż na Półwyspie Helskim. Prawdopodobnie będą kolejne zarzuty.
– Zignorowano nasze wyraźne sygnały – mówi doradca ekonomiczny NIK, Michał Thomas.
NIK poddał kontroli łącznie 9 podmiotów. Wśród nich były m. in. urzędy miast Władysławowa, Jastarni i Helu, a także Pomorski Urząd Wojewódzki i Regionalna Dyrekcja Ochrony Środowiska i Urząd Morski w Gdyni. Kontrola wykazała nieskuteczność ochrony linii brzegowej przez te instytucje. Zastrzeżenia kontrolerów budzi również zły przepływ informacji pomiędzy nadmorskimi samorządami, a Urzędem Morskim. NIK zawiadomił Prokuraturę Rejonową w Pucku o nielegalnym poszerzaniu plaż i samowoli budowlanej. To kolejne zawiadomienie w tej sprawie – gdańska Prokuratura Okręgowa bada ją już od roku.
