Przekroczysz próg dochodowy, nie stracisz świadczeń
Rząd przyjął projekt dotyczący świadczeń rodzinnych – „złotówka za złotówkę”. Rodziny, które przekroczą próg dochodowy, nie stracą świadczeń, jak było do tej pory. Będą je nadal otrzymywać, ale pomniejszone o kwotę, o jaką przekroczyły kryterium.
Nowela ustawy o świadczeniach rodzinnych dotyczy także dodatków do nich: becikowego, z tytułu samotnej opieki nad dzieckiem, korzystania z urlopu wychowawczego, wychowywania dziecka w rodzinie wielodzietnej, kształcenia i rehabilitacji niepełnosprawnego dziecka, rozpoczęcia roku szkolnego, nauki dziecka poza miejscem zamieszkania. Projekt nazywany jest „złotówka za złotówkę”, jednak nazwa ta niezupełnie oddaje zasadę, którą ma wprowadzić – podaje Polska Agencja Prasowa. Jeśli nowela wejdzie w życie zasada „złotówka za złotówkę” będzie obowiązywać po przekroczeniu kryterium dochodowego o co najmniej 20 zł.
