13-letni snajperzy z wiatrówkami przed gdyńskim sądem
Dwaj 13-latkowie z Gdyni, którzy strzelali z wiatrówki do przechodniów, usłyszeli już zarzuty. Sprawa trafiła do Sądu Rodzinnego.
Nieletni usłyszeli zarzuty: zniszczenia mienia, uszkodzenia ciała oraz narażenia zdrowia osób, które przebywały wtedy w tamtym miejscu.
19 lutego w pobliżu Miejskiej Hali Targowej w śródmieściu Gdyni chłopcy dla zabawy strzelali z wiatrówki na metalowe kulki. Broń kierowali w stronę przechodniów, zranili 50-latkę. Kule wybiły też dwie szyby w oknach okolicznych budynków. Policjanci przesłuchali nieletnich w obecności opiekunów, a podczas przeszukania mieszkania jednego z nich zabezpieczyli pneumatyczny pistolet, którym posługiwali się chłopcy.
Na posiadanie tego typu broni nie jest wymagane specjalne pozwolenie. Sprawa trafiła do Sądu Rodzinnego w Gdyni, który zajmie się ich dalszym losem. Niewykluczone, że w sprawie będzie także odpowiadał trzeci 13-latek. Policja nie wyklucza, że mogło być więcej poszkodowanych – dlatego prosi ich o kontakt, a także o świadków, którzy byli 19 lutego w okolicach hali targowej w Gdyni.
