14 lat więzienia dla sprawcy wypadku w Wyszecinie
14 lat więzienia orzekł dzisiaj sąd w Wejherowie dla pijanego recydywisty, który we wrześniu zabił kobietę w ciąży i jej męża w wypadku w Wyszecinie.
Leszek F. miał wtedy 3 promile alkoholu we krwi. 6 września ubiegłego roku spowodował wypadek, w którym zginęła 27-letnia kobieta w siódmym miesiącu ciąży. W wyniku odniesionych obrażeń po kilku dniach w szpitalu zmarł też jej mąż. Z wypadku ocalał jedynie ich 3-letni syn. Leszka F. oskarżono o spowodowanie śmiertelnego wypadku w stanie nietrzeźwości oraz jazdę w stanie nietrzeźwości i bez odpowiednich uprawnień. Po tygodniu trwania procesu dzisiaj sąd w Wejherowie ogłosił wyrok – 14 lat więzienia i dożywotni zakaz prowadzenia pojazdów. Jakie było uzasadnienie wyroku? To pytanie do Marcina Szczepańskiego.
