Lepiej nie oddzwaniaj – to może być naciągacz!
Oddzwaniaj z głową – apeluje Urząd Komunikacji Elektronicznej. Ostrzega przed oszustami korzystającymi z naszej skłonności do oddzwaniania na nieodebrane połączenia.
Naciągacze dzwonią najczęściej w nocy albo nad ranem – tak by abonent nie odebrał i oddzwonił. I został obciążony kosztami za połączenie międzynarodowe. Najczęściej jest to zagraniczny numer z egzotycznego kraju, którego numer kierunkowy może sugerować nieodebrane połączenie krajowe. I tak np. numer Wybrzeża Kości Słoniowej +225 może być pomylony z numerem kierunkowym 22 do Warszawy. UKE ostatnio otrzymuje też wiele sygnałów, że pojawiają się także numery przypominające polskie numery komórkowe – np. 703….., które wykorzystują ten sam mechanizm „naciągania” abonentów.
Jeśli więc nie spodziewasz się telefonu z zagranicy, a wyświetlony na Twoim telefonie numer jest zadziwiająco długi – zachowaj ostrożność! Apeluje Urząd Komunikacji Elektronicznej na swojej stronie internetowej. Podaje tam także numer do Centrum Informacji Konsumenckiej, pod który można zgłaszać wątpliwości i zadawać pytania.
