Jarmark Cysterski w Żarnowcu – 4 VIII
W niedzielę 4 sierpnia proponujemy wybrać się na Jarmark Cysterski do Żarnowca. Szlak Cysterski w Polsce jest bardzo bogaty, a ślady żarnowieckich Cysterek można zobaczyć w zabudowaniach klasztornych, pochodzących z przełomu XIII i XIV w. Zachowały się, udostępnione częściowo zwiedzającym, gotyckie krużganki, dom kapelana, spichlerz oraz fragmenty muru klasztornego. Bogaty skarbiec klasztorny (niedostępny dla zwiedzających) zawiera wspaniałą kolekcję ksiąg, m.in. cenne rękopisy z XV w.
W programie niedzielnego Jarmarku w Żarnowcu:
od 11.00 Msza św., po której nastąpi przemarsz na boisko sportowe, a tam od 13.00 muzyka w wykonaniu Orkiestry Strażackiej, kaszubskich zespołów Bazuna i Nadolanie, rewia muzyki polskiej, którą zaprezentuje grupa Hals. Od godziny 20.00 o zabawę taneczną zadba grupa Bliza. Równocześnie w kościele o 20.30 rozpocznie się koncert organowy w wykonaniu Gampaolo Di Rosa z Włoch, któremu na dudach szkockich towarzyszyć będzie Lindsay Davidson. Dodatkowo pokaz garncarstwa, wystawa motocykli, kuchnia regionalna i ratownictwo drogowe.
