800 milionów złotych na pomoc dla rolników i rybaków
Dotacje i pomoc w spłacaniu kredytów – otrzymają rolnicy i rybacy poszkodowani przez suszę bądź powódź. Uchwałę w tej sprawie przyjęła Rada Ministrów. Na program pomocy gospodarstwom rolnym i rybackim rząd przeznaczył blisko 800 mln zł.
Skierowany jest do poszkodowanych w tym roku suszą bądź powodzią. Najwięcej pieniędzy przeznaczono na dotacje. W sumie 697 mln zł ma trafić do rolników, których uprawy ucierpiały w co najmniej 30 procentach. Dotacje będą naliczane do 1 hektara. Podobnie, tyle że do powierzchni stawów, wsparcie otrzymają podatnicy podatku rolnego zajmujący się chowem lub hodowlą ryb. Tu pulę określono na 17,5 mln zł. Rządowa pomoc dla poszkodowanych suszą lub powodzią to także dopłaty do oprocentowania kredytów – zaciągniętych wcześniej bądź na wznowienie produkcji, to odpowiednio: 60 i 25 mln zł. Według danych Instytutu Uprawy Nawożenia i Gleboznawstwa susza rolnicza występuje na obszarze całej Polski. Dotknęła prawie 83 proc. gmin i powierzchnię ponad 63 proc. gruntów ornych. Dodatkowe zniszczenia na południu Polski wyrządziła powódź.
