30. Międzynarodowy Festiwal Muzyki Religijnej w Rumi
W Rumi w sanktuarium Najświętszej Maryi Panny Wspomożenia Wiernych wystąpią wybitni organiści i chórzyści. W czwartek rozpoczyna się 30 Jubileuszowy Międzynarodowy Festiwal Muzyki Religijnej im. ks. Ormińskiego.
– Po raz kolejny odbędzie się również konkurs na najlepsze wykonanie pieśni religijnej w języku kaszubskim – mówił w porannym programie Dzień Dobry Kaszuby Daniel Ptach dyrektor festiwalu.
Pierwsze dwa dni poświęcone będą muzyce organowej. W sobotę zmierzą się chórzyści. Festiwal jest organizowany, by uczcić pamięć ks. Stanisława Ormińskiego. To on skomponował najbardziej znaną melodię apelu jasnogórskiego, w rumskiej parafii pracował od początku lat 60 aż do śmierci. Konkursowe przesłuchania w Rumi potrwają od 25 do 27 października. Towarzyszyć im będą koncerty: Kameralny, Muzyki Gospel w wykonaniu Gospel Joy i Kasi Moś oraz Koncert Finałowy poświęcony setnej rocznicy odzyskania przez Polskę Niepodległości.
