130 mln złotych na naukę języka kaszubskiego w szkołach
130 mln złotych trafiło w tym roku do pomorskich samorządów na naukę języka kaszubskiego w szkołach. Zestawienie otrzymanych subwencji w 66. gminach przygotował Zbigniew Byczkowski z ZKP w Łęczycach.
– Tak określone stawki są powodem wielu nadużyć – mówi autor zestawienia Zbigniew Byczkowski.
W dokumencie rozgraniczono otrzymywane przez samorządy środki według trzech różnych wag subwencji. Zgodnie z prawem, jeśli w szkole uczy się języka kaszubskiego do 60. dzieci, to gmina otrzymuje dodatkowo 150 procent środków otrzymywanych na ucznia. Kwota ta spada do 110 procent jeśli uczniów jest od 60 do 84, a jeśli przekroczy ten próg to do gminy trafi tylko 20 procent dodatkowej subwencji. Z 66. gmin, które organizują naukę języka kaszubskiego w szkołach, tylko w ośmiu przekroczono limit 84. uczniów: są to Tuchomie, Kartuzy, Żukowo, Liniewo, Hel, Słupsk, Wejherowo i Gdańsk.
