12 milionów złotych dla Wejherowa na rewitalizację śródmieścia
Umowę na 12 milionów złotych z Programu Regionalnego Województwa Pomorskiego podpisał dziś prezydent Wejherowa z pomorskim marszałkiem. Pieniądze wesprą rewitalizacje wejherowskiego śródmieścia.
– To bardzo duża pomoc – mówi prezydent Wejherowa Krzysztof Hildebrandt.
Dotacja pokrywa 95 procent kosztów miejskiego planu rewitalizacji. Aktywizację zawodową poprzez m.in. warsztaty, szkolenia dla bezrobotnych i poradnictwo prawne uzupełnią inwestycje – renowację budynków, podwórek czy elementów przestrzeni publicznej w zabytkowym centrum miasta. Powstanie Klub Integracji Społecznej, zagospodarowany ma być Park nad rzeką Cedron i Park Kaszubski. Wejherowo ma spore doświadczenie w prowadzeniu takich działań – ocenia pomorski marszałek Mieczysław Struk. Oprócz Wejherowa dotacje na rewitalizację otrzymały dziś także Gdynia, Tczew i Kartuzy. Na ten cel pomorski marszałek podzielił między 4 samorządy łącznie ponad 86 mln złotych.
