Chmielno, Przodkowo, Choczewo, Szemud i Reda bez poradni ginekologicznych
18 poradni ginekologicznych zniknie z mapy Pomorza. Wszystko przez nieudzielenie kontraktu przez pomorski NFZ. Poradni nie będzie w Chmielnie, Przodkowie, Choczewie, Łęczycach, Szemudze, Redzie, gminie Chojnice i w Czarnej Dąbrówce.
Jak pisze Dziennik Bałtycki dla wielu pacjentek z terenów wiejskich to prawdziwy dramat. Aby od 1 lipca dostać się do najbliższej poradni ginekologicznej kobieta będzie musiała pokonać co najmniej 30 km, o ile oczywiście uda jej się zarejestrować. Jak alarmuje Pomorski Związek Pracodawców Ochrony Zdrowia – możliwy, choć bardzo zły, jest też taki wariant, że część kobiet w ogóle z opieki ginekologa zrezygnuje.
Kontrakt na poradnię stracił między innymi Gminny Ośrodek Zdrowia w Chmielnie. Co ciekawe, w ostatnim czasie dzięki środkom unijnym został wyposażony w nowoczesny sprzęt do badań ginekologicznych. Nie miało to jednak znaczenia dla NFZ. Poradnię oceniono w konkursie gorzej z powodu dwóch lekarzy, którzy byli jeszcze w trakcie specjalizacji, choć są już przed egzaminem specjalizacyjnym. Do poradni zarejestrowało się już tysiąc pacjentek, w tym 62 kobiety w ciąży. Ponad tysiąc kobiet zostało też objętych Programem Wczesnego Wykrywania Raka Szyjki Macicy. Mimo to, poradnia nie otrzyma środków z NFZ. Podobnie będzie w Przodkowie, Choczewie czy Szemudzie. Tam NFZ zakwestionował kompetencje lekarza, który ma tylko I stopień specjalizacji z położnictwa i ginekologii. Jak mówi Halina Pietkun z Szemuda – „Dla NFZ nie ważne są jego wiedza i doświadczenie, bo decyduje papier. ” Jak ustalił Dziennik Bałtycki NFZ nie komentuje na razie decyzji w sprawie zlikwidowanych poradni ginekologicznych.
