Zadeklarowali współpracę przy budowie „drogi trzech powiatów”
Gdynia, Rumia i Kosakowo zadeklarowały współpracę przy budowie tzw. „drogi trzech powiatów” – podpisano list intencyjny w tej sprawie. Chodzi o tzw. „Popiołówkę” – drogę techniczną elektrociepłowni.
– Droga umożliwi rozwój przemysłu i usług na leżących tam terenach – mówi wójt Jerzy Włudzik.
W jej miejsce ma powstać 7 kilometrowa trasa, która połączy ulicę Pucką w Gdyni z Dębogórską i I Dywizji Wojska Polskiego na granicy Rumi i gminy Kosakowo. Nowe firmy to oprócz wpływów do miejskiej kasy także nowe miejsca pracy – podkreśla burmistrz Rumi Michał Pasieczny. Droga ma powstać na podmokłym terenie, co wywinduje koszty – szacowane na razie w granicach 25. – 50. mln zł. – Stąd potrzeba współpracy – wyjaśniał trzeci z sygnatariuszy listu intencyjnego, prezydent Gdyni Wojciech Szczurek. Samorządy liczą, że „tzw. droga trzech powiatów” powstanie w ciągu 6 lat.
