Za nami drugie rozstrzygnięcie przetargu na budowę SP w Pogórzu
Za nami drugie rozstrzygnięcie przetargu na budowę szkoły podstawowej w Pogórzu. Złożono w nim dwie oferty: jedną na kwotę około 19 milionów 400 tysięcy złotych, a druga na kwotę 19 milionów 800 tysięcy złotych.
– Wzrost liczby mieszkańców w gminie Kosakowo powoduje konieczność budowy szkoły – mówi wójt Gminy Kosakowo, Marcin Majek.
Obecnie gmina bada oferty pod kątem doświadczenia wykonawców i gwarancji. Oprócz placówki oświatowej gmina ma w planach również modernizację boiska szkolnego oraz budowę tunelu łączącego szkołę z boiskiem pod ulicą Szkolną. Szkoła będzie całkowicie realizowana ze środków Gminy Kosakowo, wspomaganych kredytem. Rozpoczęcie budowy planowane jest na przełom zimy i wiosny 2019 roku, a zakończenie na połowę 2020 roku.
