We Wielu odnowią najcenniejsze zabytki i freski w kościele
Blisko milion złotych będą kosztowały tegoroczne inwestycje w Sanktuarium Kalwaryjskim we Wielu. Środki pochodzą z rezerwy premiera, Ministerstwa Kultury i wojewody pomorskiego.
– To inwestycje, które od lat były bardzo potrzebne – mówi kustosz sanktuarium, ks. Jan Flisikowski.
Będą przeznaczone przede wszystkim na renowację kościoła. Najwięcej, bo ponad 700 tysięcy złotych, pochodzi z rezerwy premiera. Z tych środków finansowana będzie renowacja zabytkowych stacji Drogi Krzyżowej i czterech konfesjonałów. Kolejne 200 tysięcy dało Ministerstwo Kultury na odnowienie fresków w prezbiterium wielewskiego kościoła. W sanktuarium trwają również prace renowacyjne na Kalwarii. W tzw. Kaplicy Bruskiej wymieniony zostanie dach oraz odnowione ściany i podłogi, które zostały zniszczone w wyniku ubiegłorocznej nawałnicy.
