Dalba otworzy pierwszy browar spółdzielczy w Polsce
Z potrzeby serca, zapału, pasji – w Pucku powstała Spółdzielnia Socjalna Dalba. W jej ramach powstaje browar – pierwszy w Pucku i jedyny spółdzielczy w Polsce.
Spółdzielnia socjalna to trochę przedsiębiorstwo, a trochę organizacja pozarządowa. Mogą w niej znaleźć pracę osoby zagrożone wykluczeniem społecznym, czyli takie którym z różnych powodów trudno znaleźć zatrudnienie. Spółdzielnie korzystają bowiem ze zwolnień podatkowych, dofinansowania z Funduszu Pracy, PEFRON czy Unii Europejskiej.
– Obecnie w Spółdzielni pracuje 12 osób z Pucka i okolic – mówi Agnieszka Dejna z Dalby.
Pucka Dalba powstała jako przedsiębiorstwo wielobranżowe powołane przez Miasto Puck, Gminę Krokowa i stowarzyszenie prowadzące puckie Warsztaty Terapii Zajęciowej. Miało pozwolić podopiecznym tych warsztatów na podjęcie zatrudnienia. Spółdzielnia świadczy już usługi komunalne, ale w Pucku uruchamiany jest też browar. Potrzebne receptury opracowywane są we współpracy z podobnym przedsiębiorstwem w Anglii. A w planach jest uruchomienie pubu – zlokalizowanego w Gdańsku. Uruchomienie browaru zaplanowano na marzec. Na jego działalność Spółdzielnia Socjalna Dalba pozyskała ostatnio grant z Funduszu Inicjowania Rozwoju.
