W najbliższy poniedziałek 18 marca w Kartuzach rusza przebudowa podwórka za „Kaszubskim Dworem”.
– Prace podzielono na 4 etapy, potrwać mają do połowy czerwca, mówi zastępca burmistrza Kartuz, Sylwia Biankowska.
Budynek ten przechodzi obecnie kapitalny remont, a uporządkowanie terenu na zewnątrz jest jednym z jego elementów. Niestety przewidywane są utrudnienia dla mieszkańców. Związane są one z przebudową sieci ciepłowniczej, wodociągowej i kanalizacyjnej. Docelowo w „Kaszubskim Dworze” ma funkcjonować Klub Integracji Społecznej oraz Centrum Usług Społecznych. Całość kosztować będzie 6,6 mln zł.
