W gminie Sierakowice jeszcze w tym roku ma być budowany gazociąg. Samorząd liczy, że skorzystają na tym mieszkańcy i poprawi się jakość powietrza.
– Teraz wszystko zależy od rozstrzygnięć przetargowych – mówi zastępca wójta gminy Sierakowice Zbigniew Fularczyk.
O planach gazyfikacji mówi się w Sierakowicach od kilku lat. Z informacji przekazanych radnym przez PGNiG Gazoprojekt jest już pozwolenie na budowę. Jak dodaje zastępca wójta Sierakowic, gazyfikacja gminy oznacza same pozytywy – oszczędności dla mieszkańców i dbałość o środowisko. Zgodnie z planem po budowie gazociągu do Sierakowic do sieci podłączone zostaną inne duże miejscowości w tej gminie – Tuchlino, Gowidlino i Kamienica Królewska. W dalszej perspektywie podłączeniem zainteresowane są sąsiednie samorządy – Czarna Dąbrówka i Cewice.
