W gminie Kosakowo jest zezwolenie na budowę ulicy Kościuszki w Pogórzu
W gminie Kosakowo mają już zezwolenie na budowę ulicy Kościuszki oraz fragmentów Czarnieckiego i Czechowicza. To jedna z najważniejszych inwestycji w Pogórzu.
– Trzeba też rozbudować sieć wodociągowo – sanitarną oraz kanalizację deszczową – mówi zastępca wójta Gminy Kosakowo Marcin Majek.
Miejscowość granicząca z Gdynią mocno się rozbudowuje. Kluczowe jest więc wykonanie asfaltowych jezdni, chodników, ścieżki rowerowej i oświetlenia. Ulicę Kościuszki gmina chce budować krok po kroku, przy udziale zewnętrznych inwestorów. Przewidziano w sumie siedem etapów prac. Uzyskanie zezwolenia jest zwieńczeniem rocznych przygotowań. Według wstępnych szacunków drogowo-kanalizacyjna inwestycja w Pogórzu ma kosztować około 9 mln zł i potrwać kilka lat. Jako pierwsza rozbudowana zostanie sieć wodociągowa i sanitarna.
