W Bytowie przypomną postać muzykologa Łucjana Kamieńskiego
Przypomną postać i dorobek zapomnianego na Kaszubach muzykologa Łucjana Kamieńskiego. Muzeum Zachodniokaszubskie w Bytowie pozyskało na ten cel środki z Ministerstwa Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego.
Pochodzący z Wielkopolski Łucjan Kamieński w latach 30. 20 wieku prowadził badania muzykologiczne na Kaszubach. Zbierał i nagrywał pieśni ludowe szczególnie na południu Kaszub. W 1935 roku wydał zbiór tych utworów w tomie „Pieśni ludu pomorskiego”. Niestety większość jego archiwum fonograficznego zniszczono w czasie II wojny światowej. Pozostał śpiewnik, na podstawie którego Muzeum w Bytowie chce odtworzyć utwory zebrane przez Łucjana Kamieńskiego – mówił Jaromir Szroeder z Muzeum Zachodniokaszubskiego w Bytowie. Odtworzone pieśni Łucjana Kamieńskiego zostaną dołączone do repertuaru archiwalnych pieśni ludowych Festiwalu Cassubia Cantat.
