Teraz w mieście – od nowego roku na wsi. Jedna trzecia mieszkańców Władysławowa zmieni miejsce zamieszkania nie ruszając się z miejsca. Rewolucja będzie tylko na papierze, umożliwi ją wydane właśnie rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów. O zmianę statusu z miasta na gminę miejsko – wiejską wnioskowały władze Władysławowa po konsultacji z mieszkańcami. Chodzi o wyodrębnienie administracyjne Chałup, Chłapowa, Rozewia, Tupadeł, Jastrzębiej Góry, Ostrowa i Karwi jako osobnych miejscowości. Powody były dwa. – Pierwszy i pilniejszy – wyniknął po kontroli przeprowadzonej przez Urząd Wojewódzki, gdy okazało się że około 5 tys. osób jest zameldowanych pod niewłaściwym adresem – wyjaśnia zastępca burmistrza Władysławowa Wiesława Karczewska. Mieszkańcy Tupadeł czy Chałup unikną kosztownej procedury, a gmina na zmianie statusu zamierza zyskać dodatkowe fundusze. Podstawówki w Karwii, Jastrzębiej Górze i Chłapowie będą teraz na wsi i jako takie otrzymają większą subwencję oświatową. Gmina będzie też mogła sięgnąć po pieniądze z Programu Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich. Wzorem sąsiednich gmin – jak Krokowej, Pucka czy Gniewina, Władysławowo będzie też na swoich wsiach budować z PROW boiska, place zabaw i chodniki. Z miasta w gminę wiejsko – miejską Władysławowo zmieni się z pierwszym stycznia przyszłego roku.
