Szpital im. Mikołaja Kopernika w Gdańsku ma nowe lądowisko
Szpital im. Mikołaja Kopernika w Gdańsku ma nowe lądowisko dla helikopterów ratunkowych. Jego otwarcie nastąpi dzisiaj, podaje portal internetowy samorządu województwa pomorskiego. Dzięki inwestycji pacjent przywieziony śmigłowcem od razu trafia na SOR.
Lądowisko rozwiązuje problem, z którym oda lat borykali się pracownicy Lotniczego Pogotowia Ratunkowego. LPR musiało lądować na terenie szpitala na Zaspie lub Uniwersyteckiego Centrum Klinicznego. Następnie pacjent był przewożony karetką do szpitala im. Kopernika. Budowa lądowiska jest częścią projektu, w ramach którego powstało Centrum Urazowe dla Dzieci. To wyspecjalizowany ośrodek, w którym leczeni są najmłodsi pacjenci z całego województwa, którzy ulegli poważnym urazom. W ramach inwestycji dostosowano również oddziały tak, aby posiadały bezpośrednią komunikację z lądowiskiem. Utworzono trzecie stanowisko wstępnej intensywnej terapii dzieci na Szpitalnym Oddziale Ratunkowym. Kupiono niezbędny sprzęt i wyposażenie. Wartość inwestycji to ponad 9,5 mln zł, z czego budowa lądowiska kosztowała ponad 6 mln zł. Dotacja unijna wyniosła 8 mln złotych, samorząd województwa pomorskiego przekazał na ten cel 600 tys., a szpital prawie 1,3 mln zł.
