Rozpoczął się „Marzec na obcasach” – a w nim warsztaty motywacyjne dla kobiet w całym regionie. Są one organizowane po raz szósty przez Wojewódzki Urząd Pracy w Gdańsku, a po raz drugi włączyły się w wydarzenie powiatowe pośredniaki.

Akcja skupia się na umiejętnościach miękkich, skutecznym przejściu rozmowy kwalifikacyjnej, czy pisaniu CV. Bezrobocie u kobiet ma inne podłoże niż ograniczenia na rynku pracy wśród mężczyzn. Jest to problem znaczący, bowiem w naszym województwie aż 60 procent bezrobotnych to kobiety – podkreśla kierowniczka pomorskiego Obserwatorium Rynku Pracy Anna Pawłowska. Marzec na Obcasach po raz drugi odbędzie się nie tylko w Gdańsku, ale łącznie w 18 placówkach w regionie.
