Małe zainteresowanie dodatkowymi pieniędzmi na modernizację gospodarstw – mogą po nie sięgać rolnicy którzy ubiegali się o wsparcie ale dla których nie wystarczyło środków. Mowa tu o dwóch naborach – z 2011 roku, gdy po wsparcie sięgali producenci z branży mleczarskiej i naborze otwartym dla wszystkich z 2013 roku.
