Możemy odstąpić od niekorzystnej umowy – przypomina seniorom policja i UOKiK
Trwa akcja “Seniorze, nie da się oszukać”. Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów, Policja, ZUS i KRUS uczulają starsze osoby, aby nie oddawały oszczędności podejrzanym firmom handlującym m. in. garnkami, pościelą, czy urządzeniami medycznymi. Należy także uważać na firmy oferujące niższe rachunki za prąd, gaz czy telefon. Często nieuczciwie sugerują one, że są dotychczasowym dostawcą usług. Możemy odstąpić od umowy w terminie do 14 dni, jeśli podpisaliśmy ją w domu, bądź na pokazie.
