Zapadł korzystny wyrok dla budowy Obwodnicy Metropolitalnej Trójmiasta
Jest zielone światło dla Obwodnicy Metropolitalnej Trójmiasta. Naczelny Sąd Administracyjny uznał, że decyzja środowiskowa jest prawomocna oddalając skargi kasacyjne.
Na tę inwestycję czekają zwłaszcza w gminie Żukowo, która lobbowała za utrzymaniem jej w programach rządowych. 30-kilometrowy odcinek drogi ekspresowej ma połączyć Południową Obwodnicę Gdańska z Trasą Kaszubską w Chwaszczynie. Decyzja sądu w Warszawie kończy cztery lata procesów sądowych i otwiera drzwi do realizacji inwestycji. Dla mieszkańców Żukowa i okolic powstanie Obwodnicy Metropolitalnej Trójmiasta oznacza redukcję korków i wygodniejszą drogę do pracy czy szkoły. W czerwcu tego roku Ministerstwo Inwestycji i Rozwoju zapowiedziało, że obwodnica ma być budowana w ramach partnerstwa publiczno – prywatnego.
