Knégòbùs uruchomiło Stowarzyszenie Ziemia Pucka, przy współpracy ze stowarzyszeniem Kaszëbskô Jednota, Kaszubskim Instytutem Rozwoju oraz wydawnictwami regionalnymi. Ta biblioteka, czytelnia i księgarnia na kołach przez cały rok 2014 przemierzać będzie Kaszuby wzdłuż i wszerz. Projekt obejmie młodych ludzi uczących się języka kaszubskiego na trzech poziomach edukacji – szkoła podstawowa, gimnazjum i szkoła średnia. W sumie kilka tysięcy uczniów, ale również ich rodziców, którzy są ważnym ogniwem w procesie podejmowania przez dzieci życiowych decyzji związanych z edukacją kaszubską. Głównym tematem spotkań zaplanowanych podczas wizyt Knégòbùsa będzie literatura kaszubska: jej bogactwo i dorobek.
