Kościerzyna: pieniędzy starczy na trzy pasy
Będą pieniądze na budowę obwodnicy Kościerzyny, ale mniejsze niż się spodziewano. Projekt budowy zostanie najprawdopodobniej okrojony do 3 pasów ruchu.
Obwodnica Kościerzyny znalazła się w projekcie rządowej uchwały – Programie Budowy Dróg Krajowych na lata 2011-2015. Oznacza to, że jeśli rząd przyjmie projekt i zapewni środki na finansowanie budowy, obwodnica Kościerzyny może powstać w najbliższych latach. Niestety, prawdopodobnie zostanie wybudowana w okrojonej wersji.
Wszystko rozbija się właśnie o środki finansowe – mówi Piotr Michalski, rzecznik Generalnej Dyrekcji Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad w Gdańsku. Wkrótce zapadną kluczowe decyzje, rząd powinien dać zielone światło do budowy, ale być może w tańszej wersji – z trzema pasami ruchu.
Obwodnica – z czterema lub trzema pasami ruchu – jest potrzebna miastu jak najszybciej, bo Kościerzyna to jedno z najbardziej zakorkowanych miast na Pomorzu. Planowana trasa ma liczyć blisko 11 kilometrów. Rozpocznie się 700 metrów przed granicą miasta. Dalej biec będzie w ciągu drogi krajowej nr 20 przez Wierzysko, osiedle Plebanka, Nowy Klincz oraz Kościerską Hutę. Jej zakończenie będzie niecałe półtora kilometra za skrzyżowaniem z drogą gminną Kościerska Huta – Dobrogoszcz.
