Władysławowo: Na półwyspep koleją zamiast samochodu
Jest pomysł na rozładowanie uciążliwych latem korków we Władysławowie. Inwestycja ma być zrealizowana przez miasto, samorząd województwa i Polskie Linie Kolejowe. Chodzi o to, aby kierowcy na granicy Władysławowa przesiadali się z samochodu na kolej, tym samym zmniejszając ruch pojazdów w centrum miasta.
Najgorzej jest co roku latem w okolicy jednopasmowego ronda, gdzie spotykają się kierowcy wracający z Półwyspu Helskiego oraz z kierunku Jastrzębia Góra-Karwia. Do tego w pobliżu znajduje się przejazd kolejowy – latem zamykany po kilkanaście razy dziennie. Najlepszym rozwiązaniem sytuacji ma być budowa dużego parkingu na rogatkach miasta, zbudowanie tam dodatkowej stacji PKP i namówienie turystów do przesiadki z samochodu na pociąg – mówi burmistrz Grażyna Cern.
Parking ma mieć powierzchnię co najmniej 4 ha. Miasto w ciągu 2 najbliższych lat ma przejąć tereny oraz pozyskać środki na ten cel. W tym tygodniu porozumienie w tej sprawie podpiszą władze Władysławowa oraz marszałek województwa.
