Jak zgodnie z prawem zatrudnić cudzoziemca?
Zezwolenia na pracę sezonową cudzoziemców zamiast wojewody będą wydawać Powiatowe Urzędy Pracy – dowiedzieli się na spotkaniu w Pucku przedsiębiorcy z Nordy. Zmiany przepisów określających zasady zatrudniania cudzoziemców zaczną obowiązywać od nowego roku.

Stąd cykl szkoleń w regionie organizowany przez Wojewódzki Urząd Pracy i powiatowe pośredniaki. Od 01 stycznia to właśnie one będą wydawać zezwolenie na pracę sezonową na 9 miesięcy. Złożenie wniosku o pozwolenie na pracę będzie równoznaczne z zatrudnieniem cudzoziemca, a za formalności pracodawca będzie musiał zapłacić. Coraz więcej cudzoziemców szuka pracy na Pomorzu – tylko w powiecie puckim liczba zatrudnionych pracowników zza granicy wzrosła z 2,5 tysiąca w ubiegłym roku do prawie 4 tys. dzisiaj. Następne szkolenie w sprawie zmian przepisów odbędzie się jutro w Kartuzach.
