Jak samodzielnie upiec chleb dowiedzą się uczestnicy warsztatów organizowanych przez LGD Kaszuby
Jak samodzielnie upiec chleb, zrobić ser, nalewkę, wędlinę? Jak przyrządzić tradycyjne danie kaszubskie? Już we wrześniu w Kartuzach, Chmielnie, Łapalicach i Baninie odbędą się warsztaty kulinarne organizowane przez Lokalną Grupę Działania Kaszuby z Kartuz.
Zajęcia skierowane będą głównie do właścicieli hoteli, pensjonatów, gospodarstw agroturystycznych, ale udział może wziąć każdy. Liczba miejsc jest ograniczona, na każde warsztaty możemy przyjąć około 20 osób.
– Obowiązuje zasada kto pierwszy ten lepszy – mówi dyrektor biura LGD Aleksandra Moll.
Warsztaty z wyrobu nalewek odbędą się 7 września w gospodarstwie Dariusza Wolskiego w Łapalicach. 12 i 13 września uczestnicy zmierzą się z wyrobem chleba i sera w Wichrowym Wzgórzu. 18 września to warsztaty wędliniarskie w Restauracji Mulk w Miszewku a 24 i 25 września warsztaty gotowania potraw kaszubskich w Restauracji Złota Jesień w Kartuzach.
