Inkubatory Przedsiębiorczości – brakuje chętnych do obsługi
Brakuje chętnych do obsługi Kaszubskich Inkubatorów Przedsiębiorczości. Te mają powstać do końca sierpnia w Kartuzach, Kościerzynie, Bytowie i Lęborku. To projekt skierowany do początkujących przedsiębiorców. W inkubatorze otrzymają oni najem biura na preferencyjnych warunkach, wsparcie merytoryczne oraz doradztwo w prowadzeniu firmy. W Bytowie inkubator będzie zlokalizowany w budynku po szkole podstawowej nr 2, w Lęborku przy ulicy Krzywoustego 1, w Kościerzynie przy przemysłowej 3. Natomiast w kartuzach powstaje nowy budynek przy warsztatach ZST. W każdym z inkubatorów oprócz biur, powstanie sala konferencyjna oraz część gastronomiczna. Budynki mają być gotowe do końca czerwca, równolegle trwa też rekrutacja firm i poszukiwania podmiotów do obsługi inkubatorów. Tu jest jednak problem – przyznaje burmistrz Kościerzyny Zdzisław Czucha. Miasto ogłosi już trzeci przetarg w tej sprawie. Te sprawy nie lubią pośpiechu – dodawał burmistrz Bytowa Ryszard Sylka. Inkubatory mają być uruchomione do końca sierpnia. Całkowity koszt ich powstania w 4 miastach na Kaszubach to ponad 20 mln złotych.
