„I Can’t Stop Thinking About You” – Sting
Pierwszy od ponad dekady pop-rockowy album Stinga! Wydawnictwo „57th & 9th” ukaże się 11 listopada i doskonale prezentuje kunszt kompozytorski Stinga. Płyta została nagrana z udziałem muzyków od lat współpracujących ze Stingiem – Dominica Millera (gitara) i Vinniego Colaiuta (perkusja), a także gościnnym udziałem Josha Freese (Nine Inch Nails, Guns n’ Roses) oraz gitarzysty Lyle’a Workmana i pochodzącego z San Antonio zespołu Tex-Mex – The Last Bandoleros. Cały album powstał dosyć spontanicznie, a sesje nagraniowe trwały zaledwie kilka tygodni. „Wszystko wydarzyło się bardzo szybko, bardzo spontanicznie. Zawsze staram się zaskakiwać siebie samego, ludzi z którymi pracuję i mam nadzieje, że moich słuchaczy również” – zdradza kulisy powstawania płyty Sting.
Tytuł płyty wziął się od nazwy dwóch ulic na Manhattanie, które Sting pokonywał codziennie w drodze na nagrania w studio Hell’s Kitchen, a promuje ją singiel „I Can’t Stop Thinking About You”
