Gmina Liniewo zachęca firmy do inwestowania na swoim terenie – w Liniewskim Obszarze Gospodarczym. To 18-hektarowy teren pod patronatem Pomorskiej Strefy Ekonomicznej, ulokowany przy rozwidleniu drogi wojewódzkiej Nowa Karczma – Tczew.
Mile widziane będą firmy z branży budowlanej, drzewnej czy energetycznej. – Działają tam już dwa przedsiębiorstwa, chętnie przyjmiemy nowych inwestorów – mówi wójt gminy Liniewo Mirosław Warczak. Dodaje, że to także strategia tworzenia trwałych miejsc pracy dla mieszkańców. Firmy, które zdecydują się ulokować w Liniewskim Obszarze Gospodarczym, mogą liczyć na profity. Dla dużych inwestycji przewidziano nawet 60 procent ulgi w podatku dochodowym.
