Augustyna Necla wspominano we Władysławowskiej Hallerówce
Był Nikiforem Kaszubszczyzny – mówiono o Augustynie Neclu we Władysławowie podczas promocji nowego wydania „Kutrów o czerwonych żaglach”. Najgłośniejszej powieści kaszubskiego pisarza będzie można teraz także posłuchać – w formie audiobooka.
– Mam nadzieję, że to pomoże dotrzeć do szerszego grona odbiorców, bo w ostatnim czasie twórczość rodzimych pisarzy została nieco zapomniana – mówi syn Augustyna, Jan Netzel.
Spotkanie z udziałem najbliższych Augustyna Necla zorganizowało Muzeum Ziemi Puckiej w swoim oddziale – władysławowskiej „Hallerówce”. Miało dwie płaszczyzny – promocję nowego wydania „Kutrów o czerwonych żaglach”, a także rodzina, przyjaciele i sympatycy twórczości Augustyna Necla świętowali w 113 rocznicę jego urodzin. Rozszerzenie wznowienia o płytę z audiobookiem spotkało się z uznaniem rodziny pisarza.
„Kutry o czerwonych żaglach” to debiutancka powieść Necla, traktująca o losach i życiu kaszubskich rybaków w czasach zaborów. Ukazała się po raz pierwszy w 1955 roku i zdobyła sobie wówczas ogromną poczytność. – Fenomen tej książki polega na tym,że Augustyn Necel był rybakiem i pisarzem samoukiem, więc opisywał świat który znał z własnego doświadczenia – mówi dyrektor Muzeum Ziemi Puckiej, Mirosław Kuklik. Augustyn Necel jest jednym z najwybitniejszych i najbardziej płodnych pisarzy kaszubskich. Jest autorem kilkunastu powieści rybackich, m. in. „Maszopów”, „Sagi o szwedzkiej checzy” czy „Krwawego sztormu”.
