3. Zimowy Maraton Nordic Walking na Półwyspie Helskim | 2.02
Już po raz trzeci Zimowy Maraton Nordic Walking przejdzie przez Półwysep Helski. Wydarzenie odbędzie się w sobotę (2 lutego).
„Hell – Mission Possible” zrodziło się ze zwykłego zakładu, na zasadzie „ co – ja nie przejdę półwyspu?!”. Nordic walking jest formą rekreacji polegającą na marszach ze specjalnymi kijami. Zapoczątkowany został w Finlandii w latach 20. XX w. jako całoroczny trening dla narciarzy biegowych. W porównaniu do zwyczajnego marszu, nordic walking angażuje stosowanie siły do kijków z obu stron, dlatego osoby uprawiające tę dyscyplinę w większym zakresie, choć mniej intensywnie, angażują mięśnie ciała. To prowadzi do większego ich wzmocnienia niż przy zwyczajnym chodzeniu czy joggingu. Zbiórka uczestników 0 6:50 przy Kopcu Kaszubów. O 7:20 po wspólnej rozgrzewce odbędzie się wymarsz w stronę Władysławowa, gdzie o 17:30 odbędzie się uroczyste zakończenie wydarzenia. Więcej szczegółów na plakacie.
