Zupa rybna z bursztynem została wybrana nową potrawą regionalną ziemi puckiej na Festiwalu Ryby i Wina w Mechelinkach w gminie Kosakowo.
Goście honorowi imprezy – winiarze z partnerskiego powiatu Trier – Saarburg – proponują do niej biały wytrawny Elbing. Ten zestaw jest jednym z elementów Gastronomicznej Promocji Ziemi Puckiej, nad którą pracują: samorząd powiatu puckiego, Północnokaszubska Lokalna Grupa Rybacka i Stowarzyszenie Turystyczne LOT Kaszuby Północne.
