Ks. Kazimierz Chudzicki: Święty Jan Bosko patronem Rumi
Święty Jan Bosko zostanie patronem Rumi. W mieście działają aż dwie salezjańskie parafie mające na nie ogromny wpływ, związane duchowo właśnie z tym świętym. Rumia dołącza do innych, pomorskich miejscowości, które obrały sobie za patrona osobę świętą, takich jak Człuchów czy Lębork.
– Szkoły, różne instytucje, one potrzebują patronów. Po to, żeby się od nich uczyć, ale też o coś prosić. Święci są dla nas wzorem, przykładem, ale też siłą duchową. – mówił ks. Kazimierz Chudzicki.
Uroczysta sesja, podczas której Władze Miasta Rumi wyrażą wolę nadania patrona miastu, odbędzie się w niedzielę 31 stycznia. Jak mówił w naszym studio salezjanin, proboszcz Sanktuarium Najświętszej Maryi Panny Wspomożenia Wiernych w Rumi, ta data jest nieprzypadkowa.
