Rejs tą tradycyjną łodzią, której historia sięga XIX wieku, ma na celu promowanie kaszubskiej żeglarskiej kultury i szkutniczego rzemiosła. Rejs ma trwać 2 tygodnie, o pierwszym jego dniu opowiadają kapitan Jan Gwardzik i burmistrz Jastarni Tyberiusz Narkowicz.
