Będzie stypendium dla najlepszego maturzysty z języka kaszubskiego
Będzie utrzymane coroczne stypendium dla najlepszego maturzysty z języka kaszubskiego. Jak dowiedziało się Radio Kaszëbë – uroczystość przełożono na styczeń przyszłego roku. Spotkanie odbywało się już od kilku lat jesienią na Głodnicy koło Wejherowa. Najlepszy maturzysta z języka kaszubskiego otrzymywał nagrodę w wysokości 5 tysięcy złotych. Napływały do nas głosy słuchaczy, że tego roku nagrody nie było. Zapytaliśmy o to fundatora stypendium – biznesmena Grzegorza Szalewskiego. Przypomnijmy, że stypendium ma być motywacją dla nielicznych uczniów, którzy decydują się na maturę z języka kaszubskiego. W tym roku na 20 tysięcy maturzystów na Pomorzu ten egzamin zdawały 33 osoby, to jest 0,17%. Podziwiam tych uczniów – mówi Grzegorz Szalewski. Według danych Systemu Informacji Oświatowej w minionym roku szkolnym kaszubskiego uczyło się łącznie prawie 16 tysięcy uczniów, w tym tylko 370 uczniów w 11 szkołach ponadgimnazjalnych. Niecałe 10% z nich zdecydowało się na zdawanie matury z języka kaszubskiego.
