Druga edycja Budżetu Obywatelskiego w Wejherowie wystartowała pod hasłem – Miasto bliżej ludzi. W naszym studio skarbnik Urzędu Miasta przekonywał, że obywatelski budżet to jedna z niewielu możliwości bezpośredniego decydowania o wydatkowaniu środków miasta przez samych Wejherowian.
– W Wejherowie wszyscy mieszkańcy, którzy ukończyli 16 lat, mogą składać wnioski i głosować na wnioski innych – Arkadiusz Kraszkiewicz.
Czego urzędnicy nauczyli się realizując pierwsza edycję BO, i w związku z tym jakie zmiany zostały zaproponowane przy drugiej edycji tego programu?
