Czy Ukraina zwróci się w stronę Unii Europejskiej?
Pozostanie pod wpływem Rosji czy zwróci się w stronę Unii Europejskie? Na decyzje w sprawie Ukrainy czeka m.in najliczniejsza na Pomorzu obok Kaszubów mniejszość ukraińska. W Wilnie rozpocznie się dziś Szczyt Partnerstwa Wschodniego w Wilnie, spotkanie przywódców Gruzji, Armenii, Azerbejdżanu, Białorusi, Mołdawii i Ukrainy. Prezydent tej ostatniej przed tygodniem zerwał przygotowania do podpisania umowy stowarzyszeniowej z Unią Europejską. Na ulicach Kijowa protestuje ponad 100 tysięcy osób, a na Szczycie Partnerstwa ma zapaść decyzja, czy Ukraina zwróci się w stronę Unii Europejskiej, czy pozostanie pod wpływem Rosji. Wybór dla Ukraińców wcale nie jest oczywisty, duża część ukraińskiej gospodarki jest zorientowana na eksport do Rosji i z ekonomicznego punktu widzenia podpisanie umowy stowarzyszeniowej z Unią Europejską to karkołomny pomysł. Na szczęście – mówi rzecznik Związku Ukraińców w Gdańsku Nedim Usfejow – społeczeństwo ukraińskie potrafi patrzeć długofalowo, na korzyści demokratyczne. Szczyt Partnerstwa Wschodniego w Wilnie rozpoczyna się dziś o godzinie 18:00.
