Anna Kobiela-Kanaan: Nie marnujmy żywności
– Działamy nie tylko w Trójmieście, ale również w powiecie puckim, wejherowskim, gmina Nowa Wieś Lęborska, gmina Pruszcz Gdański – Anna Kobiela-Kanaan – dyrektor biura Banku Żywności w Trójmieście.
W Polsce marnuje się 9 mln ton żywności rocznie, a w gospodarstwach domowych – 2 mln ton. Niemal 1/3 Polaków przyznaje się, że zdarza im się wyrzucać żywność. Produkty, które najczęściej lądują w koszu to wędliny, pieczywo i warzywa. W zeszłym roku Bankowi Żywności w Trójmieście udało się uratować około 1000 ton żywności, w tym roku tę ilość osiągnięto w pierwszych czterech miesiącach roku mówiła dyrektor biura, Anna Kobiela-Kanaan.
